For your convenience, I do not require a deposit before an order. I will make the beads you request, take photos of them and then email you the photos. Only after your visual approval will I invoice you. If for any reason, you are not satisfied upon looking at the photos, please give me the opportunity to recreate your order. NOTE: All beads that are declined will be immediately posted to eBay or the website for sale so that I can recoup my costs.
I LOVE PayPal and prefer to invoice customers through their system. If you do not have a PayPal account, I will accept money orders. Personal checks are also accepted but beads will not ship until the check has cleared my account.
Once payment has been received and cleared, I will ship your beads via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Global Priority mail. Please allow two to three weeks from the order date for delivery of your beads. If you need an order expedited (ex: arrival of beads within 3-7 days of ordering), an additional charge of $10.00 will be added to the final sale price.
